Why am I your girl?
Hi, I’m Dr. Renée A. Walker (aka Dr. RAW)! I help you turn your story, skills and unique genius into a personal brand that positions you for your next big thing. Together, we’ll clarify what makes you different, shape your message and create the strategy to help the right opportunities find you.
With more than 20 years of experience in education, branding and marketing development, I’ve worked with major K-12 private schools, universities and small businesses to create brands that stand out. As a brand builder, marketer and educator, I know what it takes to turn your passion into a compelling brand that attracts the right clients.
I’ve mentored and taught dozens of small business owners, helping them secure b2b, government and university contracts — from $5,000 to multi-million dollar projects. So, if you’re looking for results-driven strategies, you’re in the right place!
I’m also a proud graduate of Columbia University, where I earned my master’s degree in strategic communications (fun fact: Simon Sinek judged my master’s thesis defense and asked me about my “why” — talk about full circle moments!). I hold a bachelor’s degree in communications and psychology from Rutgers University, and I’m a Doctor of Education with a focus on education, culture and society.
With all these degrees and experiences in my toolkit, I don’t just know the theories — I know how to help you take real action to build a brand that’s not only authentic but scalable!

I know what it’s like to not have a voice, having spent years growing up literally silent.
This paired with my introverted nature was a bad combo and the perfect ingredient for being overlooked!
I used art and writing as my gateway — two tools that I now draw from in my work.
